Because we are made up of at least 70% water, actively practice sending out the thoughts of love and peace and healing occurs. After all, anger and other negative thoughts/emotions are shown to distort the water crystals, creating dis-ease. With the thoughts of love and peace, we are helping the humanity to take a step closer to embracing their Universal Being (UB), with water activily attuned to UB.

Jill,

Great seeing your vlog! Thanks for the email letting me know where to find it.

I like your post. It is a lesson we know well. My addition is this.

When, in life, we can't muster up those feelings of love and connection and forgiveness and we start to feel like we are doomed by our human-ness what do we do? I suggest pretending. Pretend that you feel forgiveness and then behave in a way that you think a forgiving person acts. If you are having trouble feeling loving, act like you are feeling loving. Eventually, what happens is that you get so used to acting that way that the feelings that cause you to act like that will follow. In yoga they say "Quiet body, quiet mind". The mind will follow the behaviors that we practice.

Have fun in your RV!!

Yes, awareness is definitely the key. Realizing my mistaken identity and and forgiving myself for this illusion, I accept my true identity as an eternal soul, one with the Spirit. Everyone of us is not just a body (personality) that has a soul, but a soul that has a body (personality). Spiritual being having a human experience -- not human being having a spiritual experience. With this awareness, I choose to see differently -- we are all one, we are all connected. I choose to live consciously (living with awareness). As you've said, how I treat someone is how I treat myself. And when I see something I don't like in a person, it is a projection of that same thing that I dislike about myself. Becoming aware of this truth, I need to acknowledge and embrace my ego, realizing that it's coming from fear. Then I choose to let it go and choose love and forgive myself and the other person. If I ignore/suppress/deny the ego -- that is, living unconsciously -- the ego will keep rising up until I give it my attention: embrace it (acknowledge it coming from fear) and then let it go. The more often we do this, the less often the ego will come back to visit us. By doing this, we should be able to see past people's faults.
By the way, Emoto's research on the effects of thoughts/emotions on water crystals is a wonderful example of science saying the same thing that the spiritual teachers have been telling us: we are all connected.
By the way, I bought a bumper sticker that says, "In support of conscious evolution." Someday, when I have nothing to do, I'll stick it on my bumper. Smile.
Peace to you all!
